Company parties Employee discounts The Facility Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, including bathrooms, lunchrooms, Design Center, and common areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize six bathrooms daily. Clean and maintain two lunchrooms, including tables, countertops, sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators. Keep the Design Center clean, organized, and presentable for clients and visitors. Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas. Replenish restroom and lunchroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed. Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of needed repairs or supplies. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with additional cleaning and housekeeping tasks as assigned.

Work Conditions:

Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and occasional outdoor exposure. Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and related products. Ability to perform repetitive physical activities, including bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds. Schedule and Compensation:

20-25-hour workweek. Shift times/schedule will be determined collaboratively with leadership.

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma required. Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Successful completion of a Predictive Index assessment, background check, and drug screen required. Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning tasks. Reliable attendance and attention to detail.
