This role directs all facility functions, supervises repair technicians, and works closely with the company's Midwest Service Center to balance workload across locations. The position offers direct visibility into overall company operations, with the potential to grow into broader general management responsibilities over time. Schedule Full-time. Compensation $90,000-$110,000 Per Year. What You'll Do The General Facility Manager oversees and directs all functions of the service facility and supervises and mentors repair technicians as direct reports. This role coordinates with the Midwest Service Center to balance workload and direct repairs to whichever facility can complete them most efficiently, and supports the sales team with technical guidance, cost estimates, and schedule estimates. The General Facility Manager provides guidance on spindle failure causes and potential improvements, reviews and finalizes spindle evaluation reports, and determines repair costs for both purchased components and repair labor to formulate quotes. This person schedules and assigns spindle repairs to technicians based on their experience and proficiency, and reviews final repair reports to confirm repairs were completed to standard and that each spindle will perform reliably for the customer. Required Qualifications Technical knowledge of super precision rolling element bearing application in high speed rotating equipment Mechanical or electromechanical background capable of performing engineering calculations on rotating equipment machine elements Proficiency in super precision rolling element bearing engineering and application Experience in bearing and mechanical component failure analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills Well organized with a strong commitment to quality Strong ethical and moral character, and internally motivated A team player committed to customer service and adding value Preferred Qualifications Experience in machine tool service or machining and grinding Compensation and Benefits Base salary Expense reimbursement Auto allowance Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays To apply, please submit your resume for consideration.
