Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and service-focused Facilities Support professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Conshohocken, PA. The Facilities Support role helps keep the office running smoothly by supporting light maintenance, mailroom operations, office supplies, kitchen areas, technology setup, security procedures, vendor coordination, safety tracking, and reception backup. - Handle light office maintenance requests, including basic repairs, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with property management or vendors, and updating tracking logs through resolution.
- Support basic office technology needs, including monitor installation, docking station setup, workstation troubleshooting, AV equipment checks, cable replacement, and IT equipment ordering.
- Manage mailroom and shipping tasks, including receiving mail and packages, preparing outgoing shipments, creating labels, coordinating pickups, and occasional post office visits.
- Maintain kitchen, printer, office supply, and common areas by stocking supplies, monitoring inventory, placing orders, reviewing deliveries, and coordinating equipment service as needed.
- Assist with safety, security, and facilities tracking, including monthly compliance tools, badge and access card support, headcount reporting, emergency communications, and HSE-related activities.
- Provide reception backup and general office support, including visitor assistance, catering coordination, meeting room setup, signage, event support, and employee customer service. Compensation and Benefits

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.Hours:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant facilities, office management, administrative support, mailroom, workplace services, or related experience.
- Ability to lift, bend, carry, and climb a ladder as needed for office support and light maintenance tasks.
- Reliable all-weather transportation is required for this in-person role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook email and calendars, Excel, PDF editing or conversion, and general computer use.
- Basic technology skills, including monitor setup, docking station installation, cable replacement, and simple troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of basic tools such as a level, drill, tape measure, and similar equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track requests, follow up on open issues, maintain logs, and communicate status updates.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, visitors, vendors, property managers, and service technicians.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond quickly to office needs, safety concerns, and changing priorities.
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, secure, and well-functioning office environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, office operations, or office management.
- Experience supporting safety, HSE, emergency procedures, floor warden duties, or office compliance tracking.
- Familiarity with shipping platforms, FedEx, UPS, USPS, package coordination, and invoice review.
- Experience coordinating vendors, service technicians, building maintenance requests, or property management communications.
