Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Facilities Associate / Handyman to support the day-to-day upkeep, organization, and functionality of our office environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, light maintenance work, and creating a clean, safe, and professional workplace. This is a full-time, in-house position that plays a vital role in ensuring our offices remain well-maintained, organized, and welcoming for employees, clients, and visitors. Core Responsibilities Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance throughout office facilities. Troubleshoot and resolve basic maintenance issues, including adjustments, repairs, and general upkeep. Assist with furniture assembly, office moves, workspace setup, and office reconfigurations. Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and service providers, including providing building access and overseeing work when needed. Maintain inventory and organization of maintenance supplies, tools, common-area items, and storage spaces. Identify facility issues proactively and recommend solutions before they become larger problems. Support office improvement projects and assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace. Perform routine inspections of office spaces to identify maintenance or safety concerns. Assist with seasonal maintenance and miscellaneous facility-related projects as assigned. Office Upkeep Support The Facilities Associate will help maintain company-wide workplace standards by: Assisting with daily cleaning and light maintenance projects. Helping ensure kitchens, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas remain clean, stocked, and organized. Supporting end-of-day office cleanliness standards. Helping communicate and reinforce workplace organization and cleanliness expectations. Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and office logistics when needed. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, handyman services, building operations, or a similar role preferred. Ability to perform basic repairs and physical tasks safely. Experience using common hand and power tools. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious. Positive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
