What You'll Be Doing Prepare apartments for new residents and complete move-in ready repairs Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and appliance issues Complete preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently Respond to resident service requests and emergency calls Perform painting, drywall patching, and general carpentry work Help maintain the property's appearance, including grounds and exterior areas Use hand and power tools daily to complete repairs safely and efficiently Work closely with property management to provide an exceptional resident experience ✅ What We're Looking For 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, or related experience Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Experience using hand and power tools High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Ability to lift up to 80 lbs when needed Strong customer service and communication skills Pride in workmanship and attention to detail ? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilkinsburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
