State Hwy 71 La Grange, TX. 78945 Basic facility maintenance Single Site-2 visits a week Assist in keeping a neat, clean business environment Basic grounds keeping Perform weekly walk-through Perform monthly video calls, lighting audits etc. Apply over-locks weekly Cut locks as needed Send weekly report to management Maintain constant and clear communication with management Must be available to be on call to assist in emergency situations or vendor techs Must be reliable and easy to communicate with
