Chimney Hill is a four season resort HOA community comprised of 560 single family homes with multiple recreation facilities within the community. Our Clubhouse Facility Manager will manage these assets and staff. A generous benefits package is provided with this full-time position. Core Responsibilities Reports directly to the Executive Director. The Clubhouse Facility Manager is responsible for the Chimney Hill Clubhouse and Recreation Facilities.
Areas of responsibility include:
Facility maintenance of clubhouse building and amenities, outdoor pool and patio areas, indoor pool, all tennis and pickle ball courts, play set structures, basketball court, duck pond area, and ice skating area (including warming hut). Includes regular inspection of buildings, grounds and equipment, as well as scheduling repairs and preventative maintenance.
Operations and Safety:
Enforce health and safety codes, oversee security, cleanliness, and amenity setups. Hire and manage outside vendors, negotiate service contracts, and review invoices. Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and frontline support teams. Handle training and scheduling. Respond to daily problems and specific requests by the Executive Director. Posting of all related recreation announcements and planned events/activities. Assist other department managers/supervisors whenever possible. Oversee all social occasions to insure proper planning and implementation. Coordinate and follow through on complaints lodged concerning facilities, staff, accidents and recreation programs. Assure enforcement of all rules concerning Clubhouse and recreation facilities. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications & Skills Experience :
3-5 years in facilities, property management, or club hospitality operations.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of general building systems, safety regulations, and maintenance scheduling tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, vendor negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to coordinate recreation and leisure activity events. Ability to supervise staff. Ability to learn through proper evaluation procedures. Ability to work within the system through the established chain of command. Ability to handle pressures and coordinate cooperative efforts between departments.

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
