Shift:

7:30am to 4:00pm(Monday to Friday)

No Overtime Pay Range:

$20.00/hr-22.00/hr

DOE Position Status:

Temp to Hire As a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver , you'll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and organizing inventory with accuracy and efficiency. You'll operate warehouse equipment, assist with inventory management, prepare products for sale, support local customer pickups, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while working closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shipping, picking, and packing daily orders using scanners
• Receiving inventory and breaking down cases to stock into appropriate locations
• Use forklift to frequently move pallets on and off the racks
• Break down bulk cases into resalable SKUs
• Kit items for bundles, label, and store away into appropriate shelves
• Interact with customers to assist with local order pickups
• Quality check products in the warehouse to meet customer satisfaction
• Cycle count on a consistent basis to maintain inventory accuracy
• Engage in the daily use of Slack to communicate with team members
• Operate warehouse day-to-day using company's shipping software (Shipstation)
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, vinyl rolling machine, and vinyl manual winder
• Keep and maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
• Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems
• Follow appropriate safety procedures and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year minimum of warehouse, retail, or order processing experience
• Forklift certified (Preferred). While operating a forklift is an essential task in the warehouse, it is not required for this role.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.
• Shopify e-commerce platform and ShipStation experience a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs alone
• Must be computer proficient and able to learn required software programs with a reasonable typing speed. (35 WPM)
• Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with internal team members in a professional manner
• Great attention to detail and problem solving abilities
• Able to take directions well
• Professional in appearance, attitude, and actions
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to work a full-time schedule Monday- Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00

PM Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
