Job Description

Order Puller /
Cherry Picker Forklift Operator Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00
PM Starting Pay:
$19/hr

Temp-to-Hire Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Order Puller / Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a Cherry Picker forklift/order picker lift and be comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and punctuality.
Responsibilities:
  • Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate a Cherry Picker forklift safely to pull and retrieve products from warehouse racks.
  • Lift, push, and pull heavy materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain strict punctuality for scheduled breaks and lunch periods.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating a Cherry Picker forklift/order picker lift required.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
  • Comfortable standing and working for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a chilled warehouse environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Basic English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
Additional Information:
  • Overtime available on an as-needed basis.
  • Opportunity for permanent hire based on performance.
  • No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor.
  • No vaping, offensive language, or offensive music.
  • Tennis shoes are acceptable.
Pay:
$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
