Monday-Friday Full-Time Opportunity Potential for overtime based on business needs Job Responsibilities Operate sit-down forklifts to move pallets, lumber, and materials throughout the warehouse and yard. Load and unload trailers while ensuring proper stacking, pallet alignment, and load stability. Supply production lines with pallets and retrieve finished pallets for staging or shipment. Transport damaged pallets to repair stations and move completed pallets to designated storage areas. Maintain accurate counts of pallets moved, staged, and loaded according to company procedures. Complete daily forklift inspections, including fluids, tires, forks, and safety features. Report equipment issues and maintenance concerns promptly. Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and equipment operation guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of sit-down forklift experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment. Ability to safely load, unload, stack, and transport pallets and materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Why Apply?
