  • Ability to regularly lift and handle bags or products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, carry, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the workday.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a warehouse environment that may be hot, cold, humid, dusty, or otherwise affected by outdoor weather conditions throughout the year.
  • Forklift operating experience preferred; must be able to operate a forklift safely and follow company training and certification requirements.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter information, look up products or orders, and work with basic shipping or inventory programs.
  • Ability to read and understand product labels, order information, shipping documents, and basic written instructions.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail when counting, packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments.
  • Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to report to work on time.
  • Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse position, not a climate-controlled office position. Employees should expect exposure to changing temperatures and weather-related conditions throughout the year. The position involves frequent standing and walking, forklift operation, material handling, packaging, palletizing, and lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds. The warehouse serves as a storage and staging facility, where products are received and held until complete pallet shipments are prepared for transfer to their final destination. Accuracy, organization, safe material handling, and proper preparation of shipments are important parts of this position. We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, willing to work, and takes pride in keeping products and shipments organized and accurate.
