Black Label Marine Group (TeamBLMG) is one of the fastest-growing premier boat dealerships in the country. We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused professional to join our Punta Gorda marina team. This position plays a critical role in our daily marina operations, safely handling customer vessels, assisting at the fuel dock, and helping maintain a first-class marina experience.
Please Note:
This is not a warehouse forklift position. Experience operating marina forklifts around high-value equipment is Required! Responsibilities Safely operate a marina forklift to launch, retrieve, stage, and rack customer boats. Assist customers at the fuel dock with fueling, docking, and general marina services. Prepare boats for customer delivery, storage, and service by washing, staging, and covering vessels. Launch and retrieve boats for service, storage, and customer use. Receive and stage incoming boats, trailers, and inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional marina, dry stack, docks, and work areas. Perform general marina maintenance and assist with daily operations. Safely operate company vehicles, trailers, forklifts, and other equipment. Assist with special events, boat shows, and other company activities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum one year of Marine Forklift Experience Required. Ability to safely maneuver large, high-value boats in tight spaces. Strong attention to safety and detail. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation. Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
