Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts to load, unload, move, and organize materials while maintaining an efficient and orderly work environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers Move products to designated storage or staging areas Stack, organize, and secure materials properly Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Assist with inventory organization and material counts Follow all safety procedures and company policies Keep warehouse and yard areas clean and organized Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors Requirements Valid forklift certification or ability to become certified Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience loading flatbeds or trailers Knowledge of warehouse operations or materials handling Experience working with steel, lumber, or building materials (a plus)
