Employees only work seven out of every fourteen days, with time off during the week and three day weekends every other week ... the kind of schedule that lets you take care of your business. We are currently seeking qualified applicants for: Fork Truck Driver Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Follow all plant safety rules Operate forklift in a safe manner. Insure Proper housekeeping in the work area. Handle and package raw material, WIP, finished good, and scrap as instructed. Change fuel tanks on forklifts as necessary. Empty trash into compactor. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventories. Make sure all material is labeled correctly before putting in a location. Must be able to hook up resin system correctly. Pump resin into silos or bins. Handle, label, and store hazardous material as instructed. Work rotating schedule and overtime as assigned. Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner. Enter or retrieve information from the computer system. Stage materials for shipment in a safe and efficient manner. Follow all ISO/Quality Program Procedures/ Instructions as required Perform all other duties as assigned.
Great Pay:
Salary Range $16.00 up to 20.69 per hour paid weekly Potential pay increases every 90-days with good performance evaluations Paid on a weekly basis Overtime is built into the schedule (40 hrs straight time and 8 hrs overtime one week and 24 hrs straight time and 12 hrs overtime the next week) Perfect attendance bonus of up to $200/quarter (up to $800 extra dollars per year just for coming to work!) $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days Quarterly and annual bonus potential Rotating 2/2/3 schedule where you only work 15 days per month: 12-hour shifts
2 on/2 off, 2 on/3 off, 2 on/2 off, 3 on/2 off Three-day weekend off every other week Days off during the week

Qualifications:
Must not be afraid of heights Must be able to work a 12-hour shift High School Diploma or GED Prefer 3 years prior manufacturing experience Prefer 1-2 years of experience in Film/Flexible Plant environment Prefer above average communication skills Fork Truck experience Must be able to lift 75 lbs. on a regular basis Must be reliable and committed to being at work Employee must be able to work and communicate in a team environment Employee must be able to work with all plant employees including supervisors and managers
