Job Description

We focus on providing fuel and fluid storage solutions and offer both flexible short or long-term rentals, turnkey re-rental programs, or custom leasing packages. All of our equipment matches requirements for both portable and stationary tanks, ranging from 250 gallons to 21,500 gallons. Our team of experts will recommend and design products for a job site, fleet fueling, or to support back-up power, and meet our customer's needs. On-Demand Rentals is looking for a dependable and safety-minded Yard Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate a large-capacity forklift to move, load, unload, and organize rental equipment throughout our yard. This position requires experience handling heavy equipment and loading commercial trucks safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate a large-capacity forklift (15,000•50,000lbs) safely and efficiently. Load and unload rental equipment from flatbed trailers and delivery trucks. Move and stage equipment throughout the yard. Prepare equipment for customer pickup and delivery. Inspect equipment for damage before and after transport. Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance issues. Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Assist with other yard duties as needed. Qualifications Current forklift certification required. Experience operating a large-capacity forklift (15,000 lbs or larger). Experience loading and unloading heavy equipment. Ability to work safely in an outdoor yard environment. Valid driver's license. Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and bending. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working around heavy equipment and commercial trucks.
