Wixom, MI Duties Pick, prepare, verify, and process outgoing shipments and deliveries. Verify, receive, and process incoming deliveries accurately and promptly. Distribute products and materials to their proper locations. Ensure shipments are properly packaged, labeled, identified, and ready for shipment. Prepare bills of lading and waybills for domestic and international shipments. Process orders and receipts using
SAP, UPS
WorldShip, and FedEx Ship Manager. Prepare finished products and containers for shipment. Communicate effectively with customer service, purchasing, employees, and freight forwarders. Respond to shipping requests from various departments. Maintain clean, organized, and safe shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas. Replenish inventory accurately while minimizing partial boxes. Safely operate forklifts after completing required certification. Assist with cycle counting and inventory control activities. Use wireless scanners to process orders and track materials. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience Previous forklift experience required SAP experience Proficiency with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment. Frequent stooping and bending required. Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the facility. Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Must follow all safety, shipping, receiving, and warehouse procedures.
