Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager/Driver to lead our local distribution delivery and UPS order shipment. This role combines hands-on warehouse management with driving responsibilities, requiring a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, coordinate transportation and delivery schedules, manage inventory control, and supervise the warehouse operations. Duties Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Make deliveries or meet customers as needed. Maintain property along with other property locations as needed. Implement process improvements using Lean principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall warehouse productivity. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to forklift operation, shipping & receiving procedures, and general warehouse safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of freight movements, dispatching schedules, and inventory control for audit readiness and reporting purposes. Skills Experience in warehouse environment.
