RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Properly inspects forklift being operated to ensure it is in optimum operating condition. Safely operating a High Reach Forklift under OSHA and Case Farms guidelines. Extending forks as high as 402"-33.5` in the air to place pallets of product. Removes pallets from production floor and carefully places in the correct bay in freezer for future shipment. Notifies supervisor, lead, maintenance of any issues with the forklift or malfunction Checks and ensures the forklift is in optimum condition at the end of shift Follows safety policies and procedures based on required training and ensures fellow coworkers maintain a safe working environment to prevent accidents May be required to Lift totes and heavy products May be required to Scan pallets and products Adheres to all safety requirements including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), preventing and reporting unsafe acts/conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management-related matters. Maintains a clean, uncluttered, and safe work area. Additional warehouse or forklift related tasks not listed may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to read and write legibly. Basic math functions and skills. Prior forklift experience required.
