Contract-to-Hire Career Growth Opportunity Start at $19.00/hour Convert to permanent employment and earn $21.50/hour Continue growing to $26.00/hour Reach $33.00/hour after 3 years We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment in Marysville, OH. Candidates must be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments while supporting production, warehouse, and shipping operations. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks while following proper safety procedures. Read Bills of Lading (BOL) and utilize a tablet to accurately load trucks. Stage materials and finished products in designated locations. Pull product from production lines and transport materials to proper storage areas. Restack pallets and organize products for shipment. Support production by filling bags with soil/product, sealing bags, boxing finished products, and sealing boxes. Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and warehouse organization. Cut and dump bags/product as required for production processes. Maintain a clean work environment through sweeping, cleaning, and general housekeeping duties. Ensure materials, equipment, and products are handled safely and efficiently. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous forklift experience preferred. Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling environments preferred. Ability to work safely in both indoor and outdoor conditions. Comfortable working on your feet for the entire shift. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and safety. Basic tablet or handheld device experience preferred. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for the entire shift. Frequently bend, twist, lift, carry, and reach. Ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly . Ability to work in varying weather conditions when working outdoors. Ability to perform repetitive manual labor throughout the shift.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
