We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Pallet Stacker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing products and materials on pallets for storage and shipment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Stack boxes, packages, and other materials safely and efficiently on pallets. Arrange products according to size, weight, and shipment requirements. Inspect products and packaging for damage before palletizing. Secure completed pallets using stretch wrap, straps, or other packaging materials. Move completed pallets to designated staging or storage areas. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and general warehouse duties as needed. Work with warehouse team members to meet daily production and shipping goals. Report damaged products, unsafe conditions, or inventory discrepancies to a supervisor. Qualifications Previous warehouse, palletizing, packing, or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.

Pay:

$24.10 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
