•Inteplast Group | Lolita, TX Spiretek International Inc. is seeking dependable Forklift Drivers to work at Inteplast Group in Lolita, TX. This position operates a propane-powered forklift in a warehouse environment to safely move, load, unload, and organize materials and finished products.
Job Duties:
Safely operate a propane-powered forklift in warehouse and production areas. Load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials and finished products. Transport materials to designated warehouse and production areas. Maintain constant awareness of surroundings, including pedestrians and employees walking through work areas. Follow designated forklift routes, speed limits, and warehouse traffic rules. Inspect the forklift before use and report any mechanical or safety concerns. Properly secure and handle loads to prevent product damage or workplace accidents. Maintain clean and organized warehouse and storage areas. Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and forklift operating guidelines. Communicate with warehouse, production, and supervisory personnel as needed. Perform additional warehouse or material-handling duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous forklift experience preferred. Experience operating a propane forklift is preferred. Must be safety-conscious and able to remain alert in an active warehouse environment. Must be aware of pedestrians, equipment, and other activity in surrounding work areas at all times. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays when scheduled. Must comply with all safety and PPE requirements.
