12-Hour Shifts Available Shift D Shift (Night Shift) - Now Hiring Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Job Summary We are looking for a Machine Operator with Reach Forklift experience to join our team at a plastic film manufacturing facility in Rockwall, TX. This position primarily focuses on operating production machinery while also using a reach forklift to move materials throughout the facility as needed.

Important:

During the first few weeks, employees will receive hands-on training in the production process and machine operation. Forklift duties will be introduced after training is completed and once the employee is familiar with the operation. Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Monitor machine performance and product quality Set up machines and make minor adjustments when needed Move raw materials and finished products using a reach forklift Supply production lines with materials as required Load, unload, and store inventory in designated locations Follow all safety procedures and company policies Keep work areas clean and organized Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 3 years of recent Reach Forklift experience Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility Ability to work 12-hour shifts Steel-toe boots required Ability to lift and move materials as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Clean background required Resume required Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
