We're growing and looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Forklift Driver to join our production team.

What You'll Do Safely operate forklifts and telehandler forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop and yard Operate equipment to safely handle, stage, and position raw materials and finished products Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Assist production teams with material handling and daily production needs Inspect forklifts and telehandlers before use and report maintenance or safety issues Follow work orders, instructions, and all safety procedures Maintain an organized and safe work area Work closely with fabrication, production, and shipping teams to meet daily goals What We're Looking For Previous forklift and telehandler forklift experience preferred Forklift/telehandler certification preferred or willingness to become certified Experience safely handling and moving heavy materials Ability to operate equipment in a busy shop and yard environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to follow instructions and work independently Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment Basic experience in a manufacturing or shop environment preferred Ability to lift and move materials as needed and stand for extended periods ScheduleMonday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 10-hour shifts Weekly overtime available Benefits Health & Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Pay based on experience
