Our client, a leading organization in the refrigerated logistics industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the cold storage and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (with 1 30-minute unpaid break) What's the Job? Operate stand-up forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a cold/refrigerated environment (34-36 degrees) Ensure accurate and safe handling of products, adhering to safety protocols and procedures Assist with inventory management and proper documentation of warehouse activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Demonstrate forklift skills during the interview process to validate experience and competence What's Needed? Previous stand-up forklift experience Ability to work in cold/refrigerated environments Dress appropriately for cold conditions (sweatshirt, coat, gloves) and safety shoes Pass drug screening and background checks (7-year criminal history, no recent felony theft or assault) What's in it for me?
