Day Shift 20 hours per week Position Summary The Donor Relations Coordinator II plays a key role in supporting regional fundraising and donor stewardship initiatives. This position partners with leadership, physicians, donors, board members, and internal stakeholders to strengthen philanthropic relationships while coordinating donor communications, recognition programs, executive meetings, fundraising events, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, patients, physicians, employees, and community stakeholders. Coordinate executive calendars, donor meetings, stewardship activities, and cultivation events. Prepare donor proposals, reports, correspondence, presentations, and fundraising materials. Assist with planning and executing donor recognition events, fundraising activities, and stewardship programs. Coordinate invitations, event logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up. Develop donor recognition materials and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on collateral projects. Maintain accurate donor records, reports, and fundraising documentation. Conduct donor and prospect research to support fundraising initiatives. Serve as a liaison between executives, board members, donors, and other key stakeholders. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive donor information. Support additional philanthropy projects and administrative functions as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of one year of experience supporting a comprehensive philanthropy program, including annual giving, major gifts, or planned giving. Experience with donor stewardship, donor cultivation, and relationship management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience coordinating executive meetings and preparing proposals, reports, correspondence, and presentation materials. Experience planning donor recognition, stewardship, or fundraising events. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting healthcare philanthropy or nonprofit fundraising programs. Knowledge of donor recognition programs and naming opportunities. Understanding of fundraising principles, annual giving, and special event planning. Experience working with executives, board members, and major donors. Strong research, project coordination, and data analysis skills.
