  • Support individual donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities in partnership with the CDO and broader Development team. Direct Mail & Fundraising Campaigns
  • Manage the execution of donation appeals from planning and narrative development through list segmentation, production, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop integrated donor communications, campaign materials, digital fundraising assets, and outreach strategies.
  • Ensure donor communications are compelling, donor-centered, mission-aligned, and consistent with approved Museum messaging.
  • Coordinate timely and personalized post-gift gratitude communications and impact updates that reinforce donor connection to the Museum.
  • Monitor campaign activity and support reporting and analysis to inform future fundraising efforts. Marketing Collaboration & Donor Stewardship
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop coordinated fundraising communications and campaigns that support Development goals.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify compelling stories, program outcomes, and impact information for donor communications.
