Position Overview We are seeking a mission-driven Fundraising Specialist who shares our Catholic faith and is passionate about supporting apostolic works of charity. This position plays a vital role in sustaining and expanding our ministry by securing the financial resources needed to continue placing rosaries in the hands of those who need them most. The ideal candidate brings proven development expertise, a heart for evangelization, and the professional competence to build lasting relationships with Catholic donors, foundations, and faith-based institutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive annual fundraising strategy aligned with the mission and spiritual identity of Rosary Makers of America Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual major donors, Catholic foundations, parishes, and diocesan partners Write compelling grant proposals and reports to Catholic and faith-aligned philanthropic foundations Plan and execute fundraising campaigns — including direct mail, digital outreach, and Catholic giving seasons such as Advent and Lent Manage all donor records using CRM or donor management software, ensuring accurate gift processing, acknowledgment, and ongoing communication Lead and coordinate special fundraising events, including retreats, rosary rallies, and apostolate awareness initiatives Develop donor newsletters, impact stories, and stewardship materials that convey the spiritual fruit of our ministry Partner with parish communities, Catholic schools, and Knights of Columbus councils to expand our donor base Monitor and report on fundraising metrics, goals, and budget performance to organizational leadership Advise leadership on planned giving opportunities, bequests, and legacy gift strategies consistent with Catholic values Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in one or more of the following fields: Nonprofit Management, Philanthropy, Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, or Public Administration; Master's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or donor relations Demonstrated experience with grant writing, major gift solicitation, and donor cultivation Proficiency with donor management or CRM systems (e.g., Bloomerang, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate a faith-centered mission persuasively Experience working within or alongside Catholic organizations, parishes, or apostolates strongly preferred Knowledge of the Catholic philanthropic landscape, including USCCB-affiliated networks, Catholic Community Foundation, and diocesan development offices Familiarity with digital fundraising tools including email platforms, social media ministry outreach, and online giving portals Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with integrity and professionalism Practicing Catholic with a genuine love of Our Lady and commitment to the Church's social and apostolic mission What We Offer The opportunity to serve a beloved Catholic apostolate with a national reach A mission-centered workplace rooted in prayer, faith, and fraternity Competitive nonprofit compensation commensurate with experience Health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and 403(b) retirement plan The privilege of knowing that your work places rosaries — and peace — into the hands of souls throughout the world Location Snellville, GA | Full-Time | In Person How to Apply Candidates who feel called to this ministry are invited to submit a cover letter, resume, and a brief statement of faith (one paragraph) describing their relationship with Our Lady and the Rosary.
