Matter:
Lead annual fundraising strategy, including annual giving, donor stewardship, planned giving, and multi-channel campaigns to grow philanthropic support and donor retention. Cultivate and manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, identify major gift prospects, and strengthen donor relationships through personalized outreach and stewardship. Direct fundraising operations by overseeing development systems, gift tracking, donor communications, reporting, and supervision of the Development Coordinator. Plan and lead fundraising events, cultivation activities, and community engagement initiatives while building strategic partnerships with businesses, civic organizations, and community leaders. Collaborate with senior leadership to align development efforts, enhance donor experience across all giving levels, and support organizational fundraising goals. Qualifications for
Success:
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or community relations. Proven success in donor cultivation, fundraising campaigns, events, and donor stewardship. Knowledge of fundraising best practices, charitable giving, sponsorships, grants, and donor database management. Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and Microsoft Office skills; experience with donor management systems preferred. Ability to communicate fluently in English
