This is more than a development position. It's an opportunity to build relationships, grow revenue, lead a team, and directly expand the number of people whose lives can be transformed by a Service Dog. Located in Princeton, MA, NEADS is a nationally recognized nonprofit that trains and provides Service Dogs for people with disabilities, veterans with PTSD, children with autism, and professionals in hospitals, courthouses, and educational settings. What you'll lead:

• A four-person development team
• Individual, major gift, foundation & corporate fundraising
• A growing donor pipeline and major gift strategy
• Corporate partnerships and sponsorships
• 1-2 annual fundraising events
• Salesforce, development analytics & pipeline management
• Board and CEO engagement in fundraising
