Note:
This positition offers multiple specialty areas for hire. Tech/Computer Lab Gym STEM Character and Leadership Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and facilitate youth development programs that promote adolescent growth, social-emotional learning, and positive behavioral interventions. Provide mentorship and guidance to youth, supporting their academic achievement, emotional well-being, and life skill development. Implement strategies in classroom or program settings to promote positive behavior. Maintain detailed documentation of program activities, participant progress, and client communication in compliance with organizational standards. Support children with special education needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing inclusive support tailored to individual requirements. Requirements Experience working with children, adolescents, or youth in educational or community settings. Strong understanding of adolescent development principles and youth programs teaching experience. Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse communities and underserved populations. Excellent communication skills for co-worker interaction, youth engagement, and team collaboration. Background in child care or related fields is preferred. Demonstrated conflict management skills and experience applying positive behavioral supports in classroom or program environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude; experience in mentoring or youth development programs is a plus.
