Maintain detailed records of grant applications, awards, reports, and correspondence within databases such as Raiser's Edge or similar systems. Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information for proposal development and reporting. Prepare financial reports and project updates for funders to demonstrate program impact and compliance. Monitor grant deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills Expertise in proposal writing, technical writing, and persuasive content editing to craft compelling narratives that resonate with funders. Strong knowledge of contract management, grant management, and database management experience including Raiser's Edge or comparable systems. Proven ability to conduct grant funding research and develop effective grant cases that align with organizational goals. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in nonprofit foundation work, community organizations, or government agency fundraising is highly desirable. Skilled in financial report writing, budgeting, strategic planning, and program development to support comprehensive proposals. Exceptional research skills combined with meticulous proofreading and editing capabilities to ensure clarity and accuracy in all documents.
