For more on the services we offer, please see http://www.learnasa.org Responsibilities - Grant Writing Research & Identification Research grant databases, funding directories, government websites, foundations, the Chronicle of Philanthropy, and other sources to identify funding opportunities aligned with Asian Student Achievement's (ASA) mission. Stay informed about changes in funding policies, emerging opportunities, and the broader funding landscape. Proposal Development & Writing Draft clear, concise, and persuasive grant proposals. Collaborate with the ASA team to gather information, data, and supporting materials for proposals. Track grant opportunities and meet all submission and follow-up deadlines. Proposal Submission & Management Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted on time. Review and prepare grant budgets in collaboration with the CEO and other team leaders. Reporting & Compliance Support timely and accurate reporting on grant outcomes and requirements. Help ensure ASA remains compliant with grant requirements and regulations. Communication & Collaboration Communicate professionally with ASA team members and leadership. Respond to emails, Slack messages, and other communications within 24 hours. Requirements Valid U.S. work authorization (OPT accepted; no visa sponsorship or cost coverage). Commit to 8-10 hours per week for at least 8 months. Reliable computer and Wi-Fi for a fully remote role. Comfortable with remote communication and basic outreach. Some experience in grant writing or professional writing preferred, but not required
