This position supports client-focused development and fundraising initiatives, including preparing donor outreach materials, assisting with proposals and grant applications, and maintaining accurate records in databases or CRM systems. The Development Associate conducts research on prospective donors, trends, and opportunities; analyzes data to inform strategy; and helps coordinate meetings, events, and follow-up communications. The role involves collaborating closely with senior team members, drafting clear reports and presentations, and managing timelines and task lists to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with colleagues and engage effectively with clients and donors. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate data, identify fundraising opportunities, and support strategy development. Candidates should possess foundational Fundraising knowledge or experience, including supporting campaigns, donor stewardship, and proposal or grant preparation.
