Job Description

Oversees the Front Desk Staff and Operations Assists in Guest Complaints that do not involve the General Manager. Works with Front Desk Supervisor in scheduling of Front Desk Staff/Night Auditors Able to work/cover Front Desk/Night Audit Shifts when necessary. Responsible for ordering Market Items Reviews Front Desk, Night Audit and Front Desk Supervisor Timecards on a daily basis.
