As an assistant manager you must have good communication, strong leadership and motivational skills; with high customer service expectations, and strong conflict resolution skills.

Job Skill Requirements:

Retail Experience (minimum 2 years) Cannabis knowledge preferred, but not required Strong Communication Skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Adaptability Detail Oriented Strong Leadership skills Accountability Flexible availability, including weekends Teamwork Self-Motivated Sense of Urgency Initiative; with a CAN DO attitude Problem Solving Approachable personality

Key Responsibilities:

Open/Closing the store Manage and supervise all staff activities, training and performance Ensure company policies, security procedures, and state regulations are followed follow best practices Lead, coach, and motivate team members Step in as a leader and help create a positive team environment Hold team members accountable Overseeing staff breaks Communicating any and all updates to staff Conducting the flow of staff and customers Training and development of staff Product education Delegation of tasks Help maintain a clean, organized, professional retail environment Working as a team to ensure that every customer has the best experience they can Overseeing product stocking IT troubleshooting of registers Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally If you are a self-motivated leader with a growth mindset who strives for growth and evolution, we want to meet you!
