Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our business. You will assist the Store Manager in managing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash transactions
- Assist with employee orientation and training programs
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating work schedules for staff members
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Skills:
- Strong team management skills
- Proficient in retail math and budgeting
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
