This individual will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, optimizing operational processes, and delivering strong financial and organizational outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, a proven ability to build high-performing teams, and a strong understanding of manufacturing excellence. Position Responsibilities Business Leadership Define and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment between departments such as production, supply chain, finance, and sales Financial Oversight Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and key financial metrics Analyze financial results and implement corrective actions where necessary to achieve targets Operational Management Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards Ensure operational compliance with regulatory and safety requirements Team Development Build and manage a high-performance leadership team across all departments Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration Customer and Partner Engagement Maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders Represent the company externally to partners, clients, and the broader community Strategic Projects Drive and execute capital improvement projects, including expansion, technology upgrades, and process automation Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with company growth strategies Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or a related field 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial operations Strong business acumen with a track record of managing P&L and delivering measurable results Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Experience in managing large teams and complex operations Proficiency with ERP systems and business analytics tools Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) MBA or relevant advanced degree Lean Six Sigma certification Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) What the Role Offers Salary range: $160,000 - $180,000 Perm fee: 25% Executive leadership role with full operational oversight Competitive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off High-impact opportunity to shape the direction and growth of the organization Exposure to high-level strategic initiatives and decision-making Why Carpentersville?
