This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental leave Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted partner to the President and senior leadership team Help translate organizational priorities and strategic goals into actionable plans and deliverables Drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring accountability across teams Identify roadblocks, gaps, and competing priorities and proactively help resolve them Prepare leadership for meetings, decisions, and strategic discussions through research, analysis, and briefing materials Manage follow-up from leadership meetings and ensure action items are completed Develop and improve processes, systems, and operating rhythms to increase organizational effectiveness Coordinate across departments and connect information to help leadership make informed decisions Support special projects and organizational initiatives as priorities evolve Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, project management, executive operations, or a related field Experience partnering directly with senior executives or organizational leadership Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and drive accountability without direct authority Highly proactive with strong judgment and follow-through Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Strong attention to detail with the ability to see both the big picture and the small details Why choose
