As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the operation and programming of our facility. The General Manager creates a fun, safe, and structured environment for our patrons. You will also hire, manage, and train staff, develop marketing strategies, and ensure the facility runs smoothly. Responsibilities Greet program participants and welcome them to the facility Respond to inquiries regarding the programs and offerings Manage staff and lead regular staff meetings Develop and implement marketing strategies Create or approve schedules Follow all health and safety guidelines Qualifications Prior experience as a general manager or assistant manager preferred Familiar with Court Reserve Booking platform Familiar with Pickleball tournaments and leagues Excellent communication & organization skills Able to work independently, problem solve, and think creatively Able to follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure the safety of program participants at all times Positive and encouraging attitude Able to work on your feet for extended periods
