Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and applying effective sales techniques. Deliver a positive customer experience by helping customers through the rental process and resolving questions or concerns professionally. Assist with daily branch operations, including fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, lot organization, documentation, and compliance tasks. Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication, performance coaching, and business metrics. Build the skills needed to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.
