Job Description

Woodlawn Health is seeking an Administrative Vice President of Physician Clinics to help guide our non-profit organization in delivering excellent, compassionate care to the community we serve. As the Administrative Vice President of Physician Clinics, you will join a team where integrity, accountability, and service define everything we do. The Administrative VP of Physician Clinics provides strategic leadership for Woodlawn's physician clinics by ensuring operational excellence, supporting Practice Managers with personnel, operations, policy implementation, survey readiness, and best practices. They will also oversee performance evaluations and leadership development, while researching, securing, and managing organizational grant opportunities. Accepting applications through July 24, 2026.
Education and Certification:
Healthcare related master's degree is
REQUIRED
. Minimum of five years' experience in hospital related work.
Qualifications:
Must be familiar with the basic financial mechanisms of expense and revenue accountability in a hospital-based environment. Research, evaluate and make recommendations for capital acquisitions for the areas of responsibility. Must be familiar with Hospital Licensure Rules, Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. Will demonstrate the ability to interpret and implement future regulatory requirements in clinical areas of the organization. Advise and assist directors/managers in developing a budget for their individual departments. Review and assist directors in maintaining fiscal responsibility within the budgets established. Maintains all financial, quality, and reporting information needed to maintain Rural Health status of the clinics including survey-readiness. Coordinate the development of programs, policies, and procedures related to organizational needs and services.
