Job Description NOLA Motorsports Park is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of General Manager of our Throttle & Swing entertainment center. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations while driving business growth and development initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, and create an amazing guest experience. This is a weekend position, that operates Wed- Sun Salary is 50-70k based on experience, with a significant bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Throttle & Swing facility, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, safety, and efficiency
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize performance and streamline processes
• Collaborate with department heads to coordinate activities across various functions, including track operations, maintenance, hospitality, and administration
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to motorsports and facility management Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
• Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, sponsors, and industry partners to enhance business partnerships and sponsorships
• Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and sponsorship agreements, ensuring favorable terms and mutual benefits
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to position NOLA Motorsports Park as a leader in the motorsports and entertainment sectors Team Leadership
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members, and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the organization Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record of success in operations management and business development roles, preferably within the motorsports, entertainment, or hospitality industries
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic business plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team toward achieving common goals
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges
