full-time This role requires a strong technical background in precision sheet metal fabrication, working knowledge of precision machining, and proven leadership experience. The General Manager will oversee production, drive process improvements, support customer relationships, and ensure company-wide operational excellence. This position reports directly to the President and Vice President. Required Experience & Education Minimum 10 years of precision sheet metal / fabrication experience , with practical knowledge of precision machining. 5-10 years of management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Graduate of a technical high school with a concentration in metal trades. BS in Business Management strongly preferred.
