Accepting Candidates About the role Lead the bioanalytical strategy and function across discovery, preclinical, and clinical development programs. Build and mentor a high-performing team while establishing capabilities supporting PK, immunogenicity, biomarkers, ligand-binding assays, and
LC-MS/MS
. Key Responsibilities Define and execute bioanalytical strategy across discovery, translational, and clinical programs. Build, lead, and mentor the bioanalytical sciences team , including hiring and staff development. Oversee PK, ADA/immunogenicity, biomarker, NAb, ligand-binding, LC-MS/MS, and cell-based assays . Lead bioanalytical support for
IND, IMPD, BLA/NDA
submissions and health authority responses. Manage CROs and analytical laboratories , including assay transfer, validation, and data quality. Establish quality systems, SOPs, data integrity practices , and compliant patient sample handling processes. Qualifications Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, immunology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or related discipline; equivalent industry experience considered. 12+ years of progressive bioanalytical experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry with significant leadership experience. Deep expertise in ligand-binding assays (ELISA, MSD, Gyrolab) and/or
LC-MS/MS
, with strong ADA/NAb knowledge. Demonstrated experience supporting regulatory submissions and interacting with FDA/EMA . Strong knowledge of GLP, GCP, FDA, ICH, and EMA bioanalytical requirements. Proven team building, CRO management, and cross-functional leadership experience in a growth-stage biotech environment. Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $100-$120/hr (W-2) . Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
