Senior Business Unit Manager (Pharma/CDMO) Drive Growth. Lead Customer Partnerships. Deliver Results. We're seeking a Senior Business Unit Manager to lead strategic customer relationships within our Pharma/CDMO business. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll own customer success, business performance, and profitability while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and growth. What You'll Do Own P&L performance for key customer accounts and business units. Build and strengthen executive-level customer relationships. Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements. Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business expansion opportunities. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure successful program execution. Develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams. Serve as a key member of the site leadership team. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 6+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMO, or related regulated industries. Experience managing customer accounts, commercial strategies, and P&L responsibility. Strong background in aseptic filling, sterile manufacturing, or drug-device combination products. Proven success in contract negotiations, business growth, and customer relationship management. Strong financial, operational, and leadership capabilities. Why Join Us?
