Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across dispatch, warehouse, and delivery. Lead and develop the team. Manage routing, scheduling, and fleet efficiency. Ensure regulatory compliance. Daily reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. Skills Proven management experience in trucking or delivery services. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle purchasing and vendor relations effectively Knowledge of DOT and FMSCA regulations. Strong dispatch, warehouse and delivery knowledge. Experience with Crown System preferred.
