This opportunity is designed for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, team leadership, and management while representing charitable organizations through in-person retail campaigns. You'll begin by learning the fundamentals of our sales and outreach process, working directly with customers inside high-traffic retail locations. As you develop your skills and meet performance goals, you'll receive additional training in leadership, team development, campaign management, and daily operations.
