Job Description

About us Odyssey Entertainment, Inc is a regioonal movie theatre operator based out of Minnesota and operates in WI, SD, ND, IA, and MN. The Washington Square 7 is a 7 plex newly remodeled theatre with a staff up to 15 in Detroit lakes, MN. Our goal is to Operate first rate movie theatres in all markets we operate in.

Our work environment includes:

Medium sized theatre in a casual mall setting Growth opportunities We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager (no theater experience necessary) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, setting and achieving goals, and developing strategies to maximize profitability. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, customer service, personnel management, and basic marketing. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations of the business. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Lead, motivate, and develop staff. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency in operations. Criminal and sex offender background check required.

Job Type:

$40,500.00 - $45,500.00 per year
