Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager who will assist the store leaders in making the store successful. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop team members in order to achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales potential. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors. Hands on in the dairy/frozen department by ordering, facing, cleaning and whatever else is necessary for the department to reach its potential. Unload trucks overnight when needed. Skills Experience in retail management with strong leadership and team supervision skills would be preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage managerial conversations effectively. Demonstrated expertise in sales management, retail math, and operational oversight. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high standards of customer service. Organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control, merchandising, and store presentation. Ability to work unsupervised overnight as needed. Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
