Responsibilities Partner with the General Manager to plan, execute, and manage operational strategies, including new program launches within defined budget and timelines. Lead and direct plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, on?time delivery, lean principles, and continuous improvement. Support development of the plant operating budget and ensure financial targets are met. Approve and oversee requisitions for building maintenance, equipment repair, machine parts, and production supplies; recommend improvements to equipment and manufacturing processes. Allocate personnel and resources to meet production schedules across all operational departments. Foster a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, accountability, and high morale. Proven leadership capability with demonstrated success managing teams. Minimum 5 years of progressive managerial experience in automotive operations. Required Skills Strong understanding of plant management systems, productivity metrics, safety programs, and quality assurance. In?depth knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, including stamping, welding, and coating. Familiarity with customer and accreditation requirements such as TS16949, ISO14001, and OEM standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong computer proficiency. Expertise in employee relations, engagement, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem?solving. Ability to make sound business decisions and develop a strong, cohesive management team. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and customer/vendor systems.
